The new trend that seems to have attracted the wealthy nationwide is the craze to own SUVs and sport utility vehicles. From politicians to top industrialists, from cricketers to actors; everyone seems to want at latest SUV cars. There is no doubt that in any industry, the Indian market is the best-selling market.

Automotive companies are one of the companies that see India as one of the booming markets. Now, heavyweights in this field use SUVs as another revenue-generating opportunity. They are now trying to assemble sport utility vehicles in India itself to reduce prices, which will allow them to gain more customers. Since the vehicle will be assembled in India, its tariffs will be greatly reduced.

In addition to making big money, these companies also attach importance to customer satisfaction in order to build a satisfied and competitive customer base. For an SUV imported as a whole vehicle without assembling any parts, the price is about Rs 4 million, which is about 110% of the total tariff. On the other hand, if we look at the cars assembled in India, the MG Hector car price will be close to Rs 3 million.

Hyundai, BMW, MG Motor India, Audi, Renault and Tata Land Rover are some of the major companies whose task is to assemble SUVs in India and then sell them to customers. Among these companies, Audi is part of the luxury Audi Q5 model.

It is only a matter of time before we see that competition in the SUV industry is also intensifying.
